the difference between men and women. . .

Standing looking at items on a stall, I overheard a couple talking today at Shepton Mallet Fleamarket. . .

him but I don't know why you have to start choosing a mirror for the bathroom when we haven't even bought the house yet

her AAARRGGHHH!!!!

So, the difference between men and women is still just as wide. . .!!

Oh the look of frustration on that lady's face -we've all done it! Of course she had to buy the mirror otherwise how else could she design the entire room around it? And of course the choice of house would entirely depend on whether that mirror would look right in it. They just don't understand our logic....

Reading this post I was reminded of an incident I heard at a fair. A couple had a quarrel and she started yelling at him, so loud !
It was very embarrassing !
You've chosen a great picture, Elaine !
Nice week,
Sylvia

Men! But the dears do have their uses for us vintage trufflers; humping the heavy stuff and making repairs to our 'adorable' but very 'As Found' treasures!

Lovely to see you both today - here's to a great new Vintage season. Cx

So true, mind you my hubby has given up asking me why, he knows that I am a woman possessed when I get an idea for decorating into my head and I just have to have it....

'We need to get rid of stuff, not buy more' is what I hear from my husband the most, but that's when I get home with my treasures. He wouldn't DREAM of coming to a flea with me - and I don't want him there either because he just DOESN'T GET IT!
All I can say is, if they really are from Mars then Mars must be a bit of a spartan place.

Oh dear. I'm afraid my husband is too interested so every purchase is a long negotiation and an eventual compromise - we have bathroom taps that neither of us likes because we couldn't stand and argue in Bathstore any longer, for instance. He hates vintage fabric and china...
