YAY! my Making Mojo returns!

Two wise friends gave me two pieces of advice recently-

one said I was on work overload and needed to take a breath
and the other said I was too old to wear a mini-skirt (boo)

Because I always do as I'm told (yeah!)
I've taken a few breathers this week and have to admit
I feel far less cluttered, much more focused
and my creative mojo has returned from exile
bringing many exciting new ideas for home and work :))

As for the mini. . .
it had a vintage mini makeover :))

Love your skirt - I may have to do the same with a couple of my shorter skirts as my little man recently told me I had 'baggy knees'! Nice! x

I LOVE the revamped mini.....BUT you are NEVER to old to wear minis, and as for 'baggy knees' Jane, I hope you told him exactly what his little problems are!!

Welcome back to your mojo...I foresee lots of makes and makeovers on here then.

Love the revamped mini - though I'm sure you're not to old to wear one if you want to! Daughter loved her giveaway gifts, thank you.

Miss Bunny, yesterday you looked like an 1940's movie star, very chic. The week before it was the horsey ensemble, very classy - you are certainly not too old for a mini, but what a transformation, you have a unique look (and enviable figure) be proud. xx
p.s. You also have a foxy man!!

Like what you've done with the skirt! Though it looks a small size, so I'm sure you'd have been fine wearing it as a mini - I imagine you're very slim. Pulling back from work overload sounds good. Mindfulness is the thing apparently. Abby x

Beautiful skirt, Elaine !
This post made me laugh, someone said to me that I was too old to wear a mini-skirt when I was only 25 years old :-)

You are never too old to wear a mini when worn with tights and boots or leggins, this is from a 56 year old who still wears them with the tights or leggins. My 20 year old daugher says she wouldn't let me go out of the front door if I looked ridicules, I have to trust she is right.

I say if you've got great legs, wear the mini! But your skirt make over is adorable!
